How to request account deletion
To request deletion of your ClockNeXt account and associated backend account data, send your request from the email address connected to your ClockNeXt account.

- The email address used for your ClockNeXt account
- A clear statement that you want your account deleted
- Any relevant subscription or billing reference if you want help identifying the account faster
What will be deleted
When your deletion request is processed, ClockNeXt backend account records associated with your account may be removed, including account profile data, subscription state, referral profile data, notification records, notification tokens, pending registrations, and OTP challenge records tied to your account.
What may be retained
Some data may be retained for a limited period where required for legal compliance, fraud prevention, billing, dispute resolution, security, infrastructure backups, or audit purposes. Payment processing records may also remain with Stripe under Stripe’s own retention obligations and policies.
What is not automatically deleted from your device
ClockNeXt stores work records such as shifts, companies, deductions, earnings logic, and reports locally on your device by default. Deleting your backend account does not automatically erase local app data already stored on your phone, tablet, or local backups. You should also uninstall the app and delete any backup files you created if you want those copies removed.
Processing time
ClockNeXt will make reasonable efforts to process valid deletion requests promptly after verifying account ownership.
