ClockNeXt Terms of Use

Version 2026-03-20

1. Acceptance of terms

By using ClockNeXt, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app, website, or related services.

2. Service description

ClockNeXt helps users log work hours, track companies, estimate wages, generate reports, use referrals, and receive account notifications. The service is provided as a productivity and record-support tool and does not replace payroll, legal, tax, accounting, or HR systems.

3. Accounts and security

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting your login credentials, and securing your device. ClockNeXt uses email-and-password authentication together with OTP verification or recovery flows where required. You must not share accounts, bypass OTP verification, or use the service for fraud, abuse, or unlawful activity.

4. Free feature access

ClockNeXt no longer uses Basic, trial, or Standard feature locks. Schedule, Earnings, multiple companies, exports, report sharing, and other app tools are available without a paid subscription.

5. Legacy billing records

ClockNeXt no longer offers new paid subscriptions for app features. If you previously used paid billing, Stripe may retain payment processing records under Stripe's own services and policies. ClockNeXt does not store full payment card information.

6. Referral rewards

Referral links and codes may be used to invite other users. Referral rules may change over time, and abusive referral behavior, duplicate account creation, or self-referrals are not permitted.

7. Local data and backups

Shifts, companies, deductions, earnings logic, and reports are stored locally on your device by default. If you choose to export or back up this data, you are responsible for the destination, security, and sharing of those files. ClockNeXt does not automatically store your local work records on its backend.

8. User responsibility for work data

You are responsible for ensuring that any hours, rates, deductions, supervisor details, company information, and exported reports you enter or share are accurate and lawful. ClockNeXt provides tooling only; it does not guarantee wage correctness, payroll compliance, or employer acceptance of exported reports.

9. Availability and changes

ClockNeXt may update, improve, limit, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. Features, referral rules, notification behavior, and integrations may change. We will make reasonable efforts to avoid unnecessary disruption, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.

10. Prohibited use

You must not use ClockNeXt to break laws, abuse infrastructure, spam users, manipulate referrals, interfere with the service, reverse engineer protected systems, or upload or share data you do not have the right to use.

11. Disclaimer

ClockNeXt is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. Users should independently verify calculations, exports, and business decisions.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, ClockNeXt and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business-loss damages arising from use of the service, data loss, inaccurate records, wage disputes, payroll errors, or downtime. Local law may provide rights that cannot be excluded.

13. Termination and deletion

We may suspend or terminate access where necessary for abuse prevention, legal compliance, security, or breach of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time and may request account deletion using delete-account.html. Some records may remain retained for legal, security, billing, and infrastructure reasons as described in the Privacy Policy.

14. Governing compliance

Users are responsible for ensuring their use of ClockNeXt complies with local employment, privacy, payroll, tax, consumer, and workplace rules. If your jurisdiction requires additional notices, contracts, or legal review, those obligations remain with you.

15. GDPR and privacy requests

Where GDPR or similar data protection laws apply, users may exercise applicable privacy rights as described in the Privacy Policy. Privacy, deletion, and data-protection requests may be sent to clocknext.io@gmail.com.

16. Contact

For support, legal notices, billing questions, privacy matters, or GDPR-related requests, contact clocknext.io@gmail.com.
