ClockNeXt-Nutzungsbedingungen

1. Annahme der Bedingungen
Durch die Nutzung von ClockNeXt stimmen Sie diesen Nutzungsbedingungen zu. Wenn Sie nicht zustimmen, verwenden Sie die App, die Website oder die zugehörigen Dienste nicht.
2. Dienstbeschreibung
ClockNeXt helps users log work hours, track Unternehmen, estimate Löhne, generate Berichte, manage Abonnements, use Empfehlung rewards, and receive Konto Benachrichtigungen. The service is provided as a productivity and record-Support tool and does not replace payroll, legal, tax, accounting, or HR systems.
3. Konten und Sicherheit
Sie are responsible for providing accurate Konto information, protecting your login credentials, and securing your Gerät. ClockNeXt uses E-Mail-and-Passwort authentication together with OTP verification or recovery flows where erforderlich. You must not share accounts, bypass OTP verification, or use the service for fraud, abuse, or unlawful activity.
4. Free feature access
ClockNeXt no longer uses Basic, trial, or Standard paywalls. Current app features are available for free. Features and supported countries may change before or after public launch.
5. Abrechnung und Zahlungsabwicklung
Paid Abonnements are processed through Stripe. Billing Bedingungen, payment methods, renewals, cancellations, and customer portal actions may also be subject to Stripe's own services and policies. ClockNeXt does not store full payment card information.
6. Empfehlungsprämien
Referral rewards are earned only when a referred user completes their first Standard Abonnement. Each qualifying referred user can trigger one reward once. Referral rewards currently extend Standard access by one month per qualifying first Abonnement. Self-referrals, duplicate rewards, and abusive Empfehlung behavior are not permitted.
7. Lokale Daten und Sicherungen
Shifts, Unternehmen, deductions, Einnahmen logic, and Berichte are stored locally on your Gerät by default. If you wählen to exportieren or back up this Daten, you are responsible for the destination, security, and sharing of those files. ClockNeXt does not automatically store your lokal work records on its backend.
8. Verantwortung des Benutzers für Arbeitsdaten
Sie are responsible for ensuring that any hours, rates, deductions, supervisor details, Unternehmen information, and exported Berichte you enter or share are accurate and lawful. ClockNeXt provides tooling only; it does not guarantee Lohn correctness, payroll compliance, or employer acceptance of exported Berichte.
9. Verfügbarkeit und Änderungen
ClockNeXt may aktualisieren, improve, limit, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. Features, pricing, Empfehlung rules, Benachrichtigung behavior, and integrations may change. We will make reasonable efforts to avoid unnecessary disruption, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
10. Verbotene Nutzung
Sie must not use ClockNeXt to break laws, abuse infrastructure, spam users, manipulate referrals or Abonnements, interfere with the service, reverse engineer protected systems, or upload or share Daten you do not have the right to use.
11. Haftungsausschluss
ClockNeXt wird auf Grundlage von "wie besehen" und "wie verfügbar" bereitgestellt. Soweit gesetzlich zulässig, schließen wir Gewährleistungen für Marktgängigkeit, Eignung für einen bestimmten Zweck, Nichtverletzung von Rechten sowie unterbrechungsfreien oder fehlerfreien Betrieb aus. Benutzer sollten Berechnungen, Exporte und geschäftliche Entscheidungen eigenständig überprüfen.
12. Haftungsbeschränkung
To the extent allowed by law, ClockNeXt and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business-loss damages arising from use of the service, Daten loss, inaccurate records, Lohn disputes, payroll errors, or downtime. Local law may provide rights that cannot be excluded.
13. Beendigung und Löschung
We may suspend or terminate access where necessary for abuse prevention, legal compliance, security, or breach of these Bedingungen. You may stop using the service at any time and may request Kontolöschung using delete-account.html. Some records may remain retained for legal, security, Abrechnung, and infrastructure reasons as described in the Privacy Policy.
14. Maßgebliche Compliance
Users are responsible for ensuring their use of ClockNeXt complies with lokal employment, Datenschutz, payroll, tax, consumer, and workplace rules. If your jurisdiction requires additional notices, contracts, or legal review, those obligations remain with you.
15. DSGVO- und Datenschutzanfragen
Wo GDPR or similar Daten protection laws apply, users may exercise applicable Datenschutz rights as described in the Privacy Policy. Privacy, deletion, and Daten-protection requests may be gesendet to clocknext.io@gmail.com.
